Plain version: shanegring.com is a personal site that explains what Shane Gring does and how to work with him. You are welcome to read it, link to it, and quote it with credit. What follows sets out the few limits on that. Last updated 27 August 2026.

By using this site you agree to these terms. Use it for lawful purposes: read it, share links to it, and reference it in your own work. Whose content this is
The words, design, and code on this site belong to Shane Gring unless credited otherwise. You may quote short passages with a clear link back. You may not republish whole pages, resell the content, or present it as if it were yours. Trademarks and logos shown here (including those of the companies Shane has worked with) belong to their owners and appear for reference only.
What the site is, and is not
The site is for information. The guides, notes, and offer pages describe how Shane thinks and works, but they are not legal, financial, tax, or operational advice for your particular situation. Read them as a starting point, not a substitute for advice tailored to you.
Prices and engagements
Prices shown on the offer pages are current at the time of writing and can change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer on its own. A working engagement begins only when a separate agreement or checkout confirms the scope, price, and terms in writing. If anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.
Links and third parties
The site links to other places (LinkedIn, beehiiv, Cal.com, Certainly, client sites, and more) and uses third-party services to run analytics, the contact form, the newsletter, and the free Scan. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and Shane is not responsible for them. See the Privacy and Cookie pages for what each one handles.
No warranty, and limits on liability
The site is provided as is. Reasonable care goes into keeping it accurate and available, but it is not guaranteed to be error-free or online at all times, and following general information here is at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, Shane Gring is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or the free tools on it.
